On Sunday 25 June, we thought about the wise and foolish builders! We can build on firm foundations, or not... it's our choice. Lots of fun crafts included creating a mosaic house of stone, making a house of straw on sand and an edible house of crackers!). Plus our story time, games, music and food to share.

When we got together last September we looked at what we think of the Bible and how we are all a part of the story! Our crafts included caterpillars, butterflies and jigsaw pieces, and we started a new shared craft that we will work on each month.. so far we have the plain white background to our big picture... what will be next?

It was fantastic to meet outside (this wasn't our plan, but you know what? It worked!!). We had sunshine, showers, rainbows, the chance to play on trikes, twirl hula hoops, score goals - all mixed with our fun crafts, great conversation, music and scrumptious food. Good times :-)

When our theme was 'God Loves You'
one of things we created was a huge heart
made out of yogurt pots. This took pride
of place at St Andrew's Church - well done!

We need volunteers to help with preparing and overseeing craft activities, to help set up and tidy away, to bake cakes and make tea and to play musical instruments. No matter how young or old you are or feel, there is a part you can play in this exciting opportunity to express God's love. Please contact Rosemary or Tracy (details above) if you would like to be a part of it.
