The Electoral Roll is the list of names and addresses of the members of the church, ie every person who can vote at the Annual Meeting (and any special or extra church meetings).
Before the Annual Parochial Church Meeting in 2019, the Parochial Church Council needs to prepare a new Electoral Roll which means that everyone has to re-apply to be included on it.
