Twice a month on Wednesdays, 8pm at St Andrew's Church 

Refreshments served between 7.30 - 7.55pm

Explore the riches of Christian meditation and how it fits with the
practice and insights of mindfulness.

Each session is free and lasts for about 45 minutes. We meet in 
St Andrew’s and begin with some gentle exercises to help still the mind,
then a guided meditation followed by a time of silence. There is no need
to sign up in advance, just come along. Beginners are especially welcome!

Soul Space, on second Wednesdays in the month

A quiet space to be still, with music, readings, mindfuless, silence and prayers.
8.00-8.40pm; 7.30pm for refreshments.
